Wendy's used to be regarded as a premium hamburger fastfood restaurant. Their claim to fame when they opened in the Philippines in the 80s is their vegetable salad bar. Don't get me wrong, their salad bar selection is not the best, but theirs is the only one in the real fastfood genre. Up to now, Filipinos go to their stores just for the salads.
Wendy's menu is quite more expensive though than Jollibee's and McDo's. Their burgers consistently are about 30% higher in price than both fast food leaders. So you are actually lost if you are there not only for the veggies.
